I wish to congratulate all with the great service, I place and order and within 48 hours I have my order, from you for filling my order fast and the courier for the friendly manner they carry out the delivery , I usually keep spares on hand as I send out the Santa letters for my district(so far I have done 390) at this time of the year I often use three HP 75’s and the same in HP 74’s then to top it off I use HP 21 & 22 as well, it is great to know that I can put my order in and bingo it arrives at my door

Thank you so much for being so professional and efficient. I am a stay at home mum and to have this kind of service is nearly unheard of these days. Just letting you know that I did order from another supplier last time I needed ink, however, they charged me freight. When I looked at your prices (which were slightly dearer) but you had no freight charge over $75 order, I worked out the difference and it was cheaper ordering with you. Thanks again, and don’t change a thing. I will be ordering from you in the future.

Hi, I made a bit of a 'Bluie' when I ordered the wrong cartridges, my fault. I contacted Cartridges Direct and found everyone helpful and surprisingly understanding, which you don't normally find with big companies. They attended my situation speedily and with total professional customer care. The wrong order was returned, credited, re ordered and back to me, within four days.
