All orders over $75 are delivered to you free of charge! We don't charge handling or credit card fees!
● Free shipping with a regular carrier service is offered for all orders over $75 (Otherwise a shipping fee of $7.95 will be charged)
● Express shipping is available for all orders under 3kg and carries an additional fee of $9.
● Full tracking is provided once your order has been shipped so your in complete control
● One account with multiple shipping address's (Registered customers only)
● Orders received before 2pm are usually shipped same business day*
Please Note: Delivery times are not guaranteed. We use software that optimises your delivery with the best carrier for your postcode. If you need a particular carrier for your area then please call or email support@cartridgesdirect.au so that this can be arranged for you.
● Any orders over 3kg in weight will be shipped with the most effective carrier for your location and will be shipped by a road service. This usually doesn’t cause delays for Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Canberra, Gold Coast and Brisbane. However, for Perth and beyond this could cause significant delays.

*Orders received before 2pm are usually shipped same business day for In Stock items only. If your item(s) is not in stock, then you will be sent an automated email advising you of this and a tentative time for delivery. Please call 1300 765 575 for current stock levels and approximate delivery times. Online stock levels are updated daily and may not be up to date at the time of ordering.
**Please Note, due to their weight and size printers can only be shipped using a road service and could take up to 1-14 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Free delivery applies to all printers under 22 kg and your post code. If for any reason we can't offer free delivery on your printer then our support staff will be in touch to find alternate solutions for you.
***We do not ship or deliver on Weekends or Public Holidays. All deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
